Our master chefs draw inspiration for their dishes from the rich local culinary tradition, but with their ingenuity, fresh, local, and carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality, they transport guests to a world of modern interpretations of local and Mediterranean cuisine. The Hotel Jožef restaurant received the BIB Gourmand mark (2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023), inclusion in the collective brand IDRIJA SELECTED, and the Slovenia Green Cuisine for its modernity of the traditional, freshness, and originality. We are also proud certified Idrija žlikrof producers.
